A collection of all my artworks and inspirations.
Witches Den
This is a personal project. I started this piece thinking of what my place would be like if I was a witch. Nature is my sanctuary thus, I went with a tree house sort of appearance. For a floral yet mystical element, I went for glowing bellflowers. Adding some of the common witch representations I completed the look with our ever-loving partner the black cat.
Aurelia the healing witch
The inspiration for the witch character came from the Halloween witch suits from the game Love Nikki.
The Final Battle
This illustration was made for a book illustration “blacktip”. The character name and background were provided with complete freedom to craft the story and its illustrations. The scene shows our main character Blacktip transformed into a dragon fighting the barbarian ruler.
Another Day in the Future
I gave my previous artwork from Blacktip a futuristic twist. I was inspired by the ruin (futuristic) dresses in the game Love Nikki and came up with her overall look. I replaced the dragon with an alien dog species that communicate by showing visuals in his head. She is traveling in her spaceship which allows her to be in the open if she wants. However, the air outside has turned toxic which makes the mask a necessity. We can see she has a monitor on her shoulder that keeps a check on her stats as she is fitted with the essentials to survive in this era.
Beauty in Autumn
A black Beauty. Done as personal artwork. I wanted to see if I could give an oil on canvas texture in photoshop and tried various brushes and eventually found the sketch textured brush to be the right one for the job.
Jugaar
This was a client work. They wanted themselves changed into a cartoon character in a specific art style, advertising their product application “Jugaar”, which means “a flexible approach to solving a problem, that uses limited resources in an innovative way”.
The Hungry Fairy
This is a personal project I took as a fun challenge. I was given the words 1. hungry, 2. fat, 3. fairy.
I immediately had the picture of the cat from Tom and Jerry flash in my mind for her pose and feel. I chose the colors yellow and orange as they are the colors used to represent appetite, and also to show her bubbly warm personality.
Hannibal
I loved the series, particularly this scene. I, therefore, decided to do a quick hatch sketch.
